The Security/Key Deposit is refunded when the condo is not damaged and the keys are returned. So far, we are happy to say that 99% of our guests have received a full refund.
No smoking and no pets are allowed.
PAYMENT: 1/3 deposit is
required to hold the reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to
arrival.
We prefer personal checks, money orders, or cashier's check - but if you
choose to pay by credit card, please click on the PAYPAL link below. [There
will be an additional charge per transaction. Please email us for the exact PayPal handling charge before making payment.]

CANCELLATION POLICY: 60 days or more = Full Refund minus $50 Administration Fee,
30-60 days prior to arrival = 50% refund,
30 days or less = NO refund.
If we are able to re-rent the condo, then
we will gladly refund your money.
Our condo is a smoke-free unit. Smoking
is allowed outside, away from the condo.
Pets are not permitted in the building or on the beach.
